• Stuffed in the torso and filled with small glass pellets For a super floppy & weighted feel!
• Super soft cuddle plush fabric. Plastic safety eyes and nose and embroidery mouth and belly accents. Brass bell accent.
• As required by CPSC, all plush will have a product tag (not shown on samples) with their required details and specifications.
• Brass chrome-plated bell 
• Removable ball chain 
• Collectors item, intended for those 15 or older.

This means that he may have uneven eyes, unique color variations based on the fabric used, and his nose may sometimes be off-center as well. We will do our very best to make sure everyone receives a 'perfect Noopy', but we ask for your understanding in the event your Noopy is a little 'durpy' looking!
