The Story of Magical Noopy

The Beginning:
Magical Noopy is an original character created by KityCrylics (Ash Tingley) that began as a plush doll she made from scratch in 2019. The outcome was rather poor in appearance, resembling a “piglet” instead of a Cat, but ultimately became quickly loved and nicknamed as “Noopy”. Ashley would go on to hand make about 5 more “Noopies”, ensuring each one was unique in that no consistent pattern was used. Each one was entirely drafted by hand to make them special and unique. Their quirky features making them even more lovable. This dedication to their unique nature has carried over into the mass produced models, where embracing the ‘flawed’ plush makes them more valuable and loved.
It’s important to note that there is no such thing as a “flawed” Noopy, and the durpier, the better!

In 2021, Ashley would go on to announce a preorder for a mass produced palm-size Magical Noopy plush that quickly gained popularity, surpassing 300 initial orders for the first production (compared to a typical ‘demand’ of 15-20). Since 2021, there has been a total of 16 variations of Magical Noopy produced, including a special Limited Edition PopShop Live variant produced in collaboration with PopShop Live. In 2024, our Noopy2 campaign became our most successful campaign to date for Magical Noopy, garnering over 350 backers and raising over $18k in crowdfunding.

 So.. Which Noopy is Which? 

	The classic 7" (palm size) is often referred to as "OG Noopy" or the "Classic" Noopy size.
	The larger 10" version of Noopy is referred to as "Noopy2".
	A very undersized (production error) Noopy is considered a "Meepy".
	This is NoopyNu, Noopy's little sister.
